Claret ~ Chateau La Claymore ~ France Situated in Lussac St Emilion to the east of Bordeaux. After a controlled low temperature fermentation in stainless steel the wine was aged in a mixture of new and old French oak for 18 months creating a delightfully rich style with flavours of plum and cedar wood.
